Tokyo – day 2: crappy Tokyo Aquarium, Canasta, crab dinner, and more Canasta
Tokyo – Day 1: The electronics district, Keiichi’s birthday, ferry in Tokyo bay, dinner, dessert, and karaoke
Kyoto – day 2: Ginkakuji-michi, Kyoto Imperial Park, Iwatayama Park (Monkey Mountain), Gion district tour with Peter McIntosh, and shabu-shabu for dinner.
Kyoto – day 1: Kinkakuji (the Golden Temple), Zen Gardens, Ninnaji (old Imperial Palace), and the Kyoto Museum for World Peace
We went to Kyoto, by way of Tokyo, on the Shinkansen and were able to relax some.
